KUALA LUMPUR, 29 July 2011 - Primo II, part of the prestigious Primo series by Sime Darby Property are 31 exclusive bungalow homes located at the high-end residential enclave of Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam called The Enclave.

The master plan of this development was designed not to have any visible gates or fences, where the bungalows are nestled in a private area with an uninterrupted flow of trees and garden features that dominates the streetscape.

This low-density township spread over 2.200 acres is easily accessible via the North Klang Valley, Elite, Federal Highway and Guthrie Corridor Expressway.

This idea is an adaptation of a tropical design with the consideration of today s modern lifestyle, which is referred to as the modern tropics concept.

According to the developer, external space such as terraces, patios, pool decks and open showers were introduced to encourage outdoor activities while internal space such as the living and dining rooms are surrounded by ponds and water features for the enhancement of an outdoor ambience.

These two- and two-and-a-half-storey bungalows have many luxurious features that aren t found in common developments. For example, units boast a private lift that can fit six persons. a semi-basement garage for private car-parking. an independent guest suite surrounded by garden features or a self-contained master bedroom with adjoining lounge.

All units will come with a swimming pool with spacious poll deck at the garden level, a private games room, an exclusive detached pavilion with attached washroom, centralised air-conditioning in all rooms, solar heatings and ranwater harvesting systems.

There are six two-storey units known as Type E.

These units have a builtup of 6,286sq ft with seven rooms and seven bathrooms and are being sold from RM3.9 million to RM4.07 m II on.

The other 21 units are two-and-half-storey units known as Type A. B. C. D and F. These units range in sizes between 7,079sq ft and 8,31 9sq ft. They all have eight rooms and eight bathrooms except for Type B. which only has seven bathrooms, and Type D with 10. These are priced between RM4.14 million and RM5.2 million
