Sime Darby Property honoured with 7 awards at QLASSIC Day 2015

30 November 2015 - Sime Darby Property’s excellence in presenting the highest product quality and best practices garnered the company 7 awards at the recent QLASSIC DAY 2015, organized by the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) at the Royale Chulan Hotel in Kuala Lumpur recently.

The Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) is a system or method to measure and evaluate the workmanship quality of building construction work based on the Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2014).

In the High QLASSIC Achievement category, CIDB honoured Sime Darby Property with 5 awards for the company’s projects in:

Sime Darby Property also received accolades for The Best QLASSIC Achievement (Residential Category: Medium – Scale Project) for The Mews Phase 5T in Putra Heights and a Special Appreciation (Developer category) award for active participation in QLASSIC 2014.
