Sime Darby Property brings smiles to underprivileged children with special Ramadhan celebration

KUALA LUMPUR, 17 June 2016 - Sime Darby Property organised a Ramadhan celebration at the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) yesterday, joined by 100 underprivileged children and members of the media.

The children were from Pusat Pengurusan Al-Firdaus, Pusat Jagaan Raudhatul Ikhwan and Akademi Tahfiz Ihya Ulu-Quran. At the event, Sime Darby Property presented duit raya and gifts to the children. A lucky draw was also organised for members of the media, with great prizes given away to lucky winners.

Sime Darby Property Managing Director, Dato’ Ir. Jauhari Hamidi said, “Sime Darby Property always strive to provide assistance, care and support to communities in need. This is part of our efforts as a responsible company, to build communities which are prosperous and inclusive that are sustainable in many ways. We also took this opportunity to give back to our media friends; the continuous support they have given us throughout our journey this financial year.”
