Purchasers flock to the launch of new residential units at Cantara Residences in Ara Damansara
80% of serviced apartment units snapped up within 1 hour!

 

ARA DAMANSARA, 5 December 2018 – More than 200 purchasers turned up as early as 7am for the launch of new serviced apartment units at the Cantara Residences sales gallery in Ara Damansara last Saturday (1 December 2018), eager to get their hands on the newly launched units located in one of the best township locations.

Sime Darby Property offered a total of 188 new residential units for sale of the freehold integrated development. The newly launched units are priced from RM542,600, ranging from two to four rooms with built up sizes from 646 sq ft to 1,184 sq ft.

Sime Darby Property Chief Marketing and Sales Officer Gerard Yuen said, “We are encouraged with the good turnout last weekend, for the new units available for sale at Cantara Residences. Within one hour, 80% of the units were snapped up by purchasers, showing great demand for Sime Darby Property products in the property market. We thank our customers for their support, as well as their confidence in our products and developments.”

Cantara Residences is made up of 888 serviced apartment units and 13 commercial units with an iconic link bridge connecting its four residential towers. The development has outstanding facilities and is expected to be completed by 2020.

The development is connected via a covered walkway to an LRT station and road access is convenient via five major highways namely Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Lebuhraya-Damansara Puchong (LDP), Sprint Highway and Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE). 

Cantara Residences is also within a short distance to established schools and colleges, Subang Skypark airport, reputable medical centres, popular shopping malls and top-notch recreational facilities.
