Notice of KLGCC Resort Private Road Rectification Works

ARA DAMANSARA, 19 AUGUST 2021 – Sime Darby Property Berhad (“Sime Darby Property” or “Company”) wishes to inform of an incident which occurred yesterday evening (18 August 2021), in its KLGCC Resort township.

Due to a heavy downpour, excessive surface runoff water from an elevated ground overflowed onto some parts of the KLGCC Resort private road. This caused minor damage to the road surface. Immediate action by the personnel on duty was to close the private road, as a prudent measure to ensure public safety.

Rectification works on the private road is ongoing and will continue until further notice. Any further updates will be communicated via the Company’s website, https://www.simedarbyproperty.com.
