SHAH ALAM, 3 April 2018 – Sime Darby Property homes in the award-winning City of Elmina will enjoy blazing fast Internet speeds thanks to the company’s latest partnership with TIME dotCom (TIME).

Residents of Elmina Valley precinct in City of Elmina will receive up to 300Mbps of complimentary TIME Fibre Home Broadband for 2 years*. This is triple the fastest speed offered by other service providers in the market.

Approximately 133 residents who received their house keys over the weekend will enjoy fast Internet on top of other services including TIME Home Forward (free local calls among home owners and security guard house), as well as public WiFi at designated areas and hotspots at public parks within the Central Park, powered by TIME.

A total of 1,282 units of Elmina Valley homes within Phases 1 to 4 will be able to enjoy this added service.

Sime Darby Property held a hand over ceremony for purchasers of Elmina Valley 1 homes during the weekend at the Elmina Valley 1 residential site. TIME representatives were on-site to answer customer queries about the telco’s partnership with Elmina Valley homes, where other activities were also carried out over the two days.

Upcoming launches in City of Elmina for 2018 include Semanea Hills (double storey link homes and semi-D residential units) in Denai Alam and the second phase of Elmina Green double storey link homes, slated for launch in April 2018.

Elmina Valley Phase 1, comprising 341 units of 20’ x 60’ double-storey link homes, recorded a high take-up rate of 95% on the day of its launch in February 2016. Elmina Valley Phases 2 to 4 repeated the success of Elmina Valley Phase 1, recording over 90% take up within days of their respective official launches.
