ARA DAMANSARA, 3 SEPTEMBER 2020 – Sime Darby Property’s Spotlight 8 Year 2020 campaign achieves another triumph with the landed homes of Serenia Ariya, in Serenia City, Sepang. All 202 units of Serenia Ariya Phase 1 and Phase 2 homes were sold during the launch period from 29 to 31 August.
The response marks a clear demand for Sime Darby Property’s freehold landed residential homes in the Greater Klang Valley, following positive take-ups of two other new launches under the Spotlight 8. Serenia Ariya is the fourth residential phase in Serenia City, a township dubbed the Garden City of KLIA.
