SDP PERFECT 10 CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLIED WITH BY PURCHASER(S) IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR SPECIAL PACKAGE OFFERED BY THE VENDOR/THE DEVELOPER FOR SELECTED PROPERTIES FOR A LIMITED PERIOD

The Offer is as follows:-

  1. Each Purchaser’s entry into Sime Darby Property Berhad (“SDP”) Perfect 10 Campaign in the form and format as stated herein (“Perfect 10 Campaign”) is subject to Sales Date (the date as indicated in the Sales Form issued by the Vendor/Developer to the purchaser) within the period from 22 August 2024 – 31 October 2024 or any extended date to be determined by SDP (“Said Period”).
  2. Prizes for the Perfect 10 Campaign are as listed below:

    Monthly Prizes 10 x RM300 Touch & Go voucher per month over the period of 2 months
  3. Entry into the Perfect 10 Campaign and eligibility for the prizes are also subject to the following (“Entry and Eligibility Criteria”), all of which must be fulfilled within the relevant Said Period and in accordance with the terms below to be entitled to the corresponding prizes:
    1. Entry into the Perfect 10 Campaign is conditional upon Sales Date within the Said Period, the Purchaser’s acceptance to participate in this campaign, and the Purchaser’s acknowledgement and consent to the Perfect 10 Campaign Terms and Conditions at the time the Sales Form is issued.
    2. Only those who have fulfilled the following criteria are entitled to win the Grand Prize:
      1. For loan Purchasers:
        1. the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) and Loan documents must be signed within TWENTY-ONE (21) days from the Sales Date;
        2. The Purchaser(s) shall have settled or deemed to have settled the first ten per centum (10%) of the purchase price upon execution of the SPA;
        3. Purchaser(s) with loan must have executed the Letter of Offer pertaining to the loan within THIRTY (30) days from the Sales Date; and
        4. SPA stamped prior to the winner selection date or within such period as imposed by SDP.
      2. For cash Purchasers:
        1. The SPA must be signed within TWENTY-ONE (21) days from the Sales Date;
        2. The first 10% of the SPA purchase price has been fully paid;
        3. Purchasers must also pay a minimum of the second (2nd) progress payment under the SPA during the relevant Said Period (Stage 2(a) or Stage 2(b) of the Third Schedule to the SPA, whichever comes first); and
        4. If the second (2nd) progress payment does not fall due and payable during the relevant Said Period or such progress payment is not applicable in the case of completed properties, then it is a requirement for the SPA to be signed and stamped within the prescribed time as imposed by SDP and the first 10% of the SPA purchase price has been fully paid.
    3. Only those who have fulfilled the following criteria are entitled to win the Monthly Prizes:
      1. For loan Purchasers:
        1. the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) and Loan documents must be signed within TWENTY-ONE (21) days from the Sales Date;
        2. The Purchaser(s) shall have settled or deemed to have settled the first ten per centum (10%) of the purchase price upon execution of the SPA; and
        3. Purchaser(s) with loan must have executed the Letter of Offer pertaining to the loan within THIRTY (30) days from the Sales Date.
      2. For cash Purchasers:
        1. The SPA must be signed within TWENTY-ONE (21) days from the Sales Form Date; and
        2. The first 10% of the SPA purchase price has been fully paid.
  4. Failure to fulfil any of the above Entry and Eligibility Criteria will result in the prize(s) being forfeited, notwithstanding that the Purchaser has been selected as a winner.
  5. Winners will be chosen by SDP and the selection of winners by SDP are final and binding.
  6. Winners will be announced on SDP’s social media and notified via the winner’s email & WhatsApp based on the information provided in the Sales Form. SDP will not accept any responsibility for errors in the contact details provided by the Purchasers in the Sales Form.
  7. Each Purchaser can only win a maximum of one (1) prize from the Perfect 10 Campaign's monthly prizes.
  8. SDP reserves the right to select another winner if the selected winner does not or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as may be imposed by SDP.
  9. SDP reserves the right to change any of the prizes under the Perfect 10 Campaign to another prize of equivalent value and SDP’s decision in such regard shall be final and binding.
  10. Subject to the terms and conditions above, all prizes are not transferrable to or exchangeable for any cash, credit or rebates whatsoever.
  11. SDP makes no warranty or representation as to the prizes including the dates, quality, and/or fitness for purpose, in the event any of the cash or cash equivalent voucher prizes have been changed to another prize of equivalent value.
  12. SDP reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

LIFESTYLE VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLIED WITH BY PURCHASER(S) IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR SPECIAL PACKAGE OFFERED BY THE VENDOR/THE DEVELOPER FOR SELECTED PROPERTIES FOR A LIMITED PERIOD

The Offer is as follows:-
  1. Each Purchasers who are existing PRIME Member is entitled to receive Lifestyle Vouchers on a First-Come, First- Served Basis, subject to Quota Availability and the Sales Date (the date as indicated in the Sales Form issued by the Vendor/Developer to the purchaser).

    Details of the Lifestyle Vouchers are listed as below:

    The above vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated below and subject further to the terms and conditions of the Voucher as may be imposed by the Vendor/Developer to the purchaser(s).

  2. The Offer is STRICTLY subject to the following terms and conditions (“T&C”)*:-
    1. The offer is valid for Sales Dates from 22nd August 2024 to 31st October 2024;
    2. The Purchaser(s) must have executed the Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) prepared by the Vendor’s/Developer’s panel solicitors within TWENTY-ONE (21) days from the Sales Date;
    3. The Purchaser(s) shall have settled or deemed to have settled the first ten per centum (10%) of the purchase price upon execution of the SPA;
    4. Purchaser(s) with loan must have executed the Letter of Offer pertaining to the loan within THIRTY (30) days from the Sales Date;
    5. The Offer is not in combination with other special sales incentive packages being organized by the Vendor/Developer and cannot be accumulated or used for payment towards any other unit(s), products or services;
    6. The Offer is applicable only for the selected residential phase/project as stipulated in Table A;
    7. Time is of the essence and the validity of the Offer shall not be extended in any circumstance. All the terms and conditions herein are non-negotiable and all decisions made by the Vendor/Developer are final and binding. No correspondence to negotiate the terms and conditions will be entertained;
    8. The terms and conditions stipulated herein are subject to change, variation and/or amendments by the Vendor/Developer as it may deem necessary without further notice to the Purchaser(s).
    9. The Vendor/Developer has the absolute right to withdraw the Offer or any part thereof at any time and without any further notice being given in the event of the Purchaser(s)’ failure to execute the SPA and all relevant documents within the prescribed period herein, the Purchaser(s)’ failure to observe, comply and/or perform any of the stipulated terms and conditions and/or the SPA is terminated for any reason whatsoever.
