Sime Darby Property has upped the ante, redefining its property offerings with the launch of the Royale Palms Villas – 36 units of premium and guarded community villas in Putra Heights.
The collection of the luxurious two and three-storey villas, priced from RM1,388,888, is Sime Darby Property’s newest development after the unveiling of Sime Darby’s new corporate brand and logo on Nov 28.
Built and designed with discerning homebuyers in mind, the Royale Palms detached homes offer a generous built-up area of between 4,170 sq ft and 4,900 sq ft and a choice of two designs for the three-storey units.
