Tier 1:
Redeem with purchase of RM100 and above in a maximum of 2 (two) combined receipts on the same day in
any Elmina Lakeside Mall outlets except Jaya Grocer, Harvey Norman & Machines.
Tier 2:
Redeem with purchase of RM200 and above in a maximum of 2 (two) combined receipts on the same day in Jaya Grocer, Harvey Norman & Machines.

Terms and Conditions for Free Hot Air Balloon Ride Redemption
- Eligibility
- The Free Hot Air Balloon Ride redemption is open to shoppers of Elmina Lakeside Mall who meet the specified spending criteria.
- Redemption Period
- Redemption is valid only on the same day of purchase. Late or backdated receipts will not be entertained.
- Receipt Requirements
- All receipts must be original and issued by outlets within Elmina Lakeside Mall.
- Receipts from third-party payment platforms, mobile wallet top-ups, bill payments, or online transactions are not accepted.
- Redemption Location
- Redemption must be made at the designated Customer Service Counter or any other redemption booth as indicated by the mall management.
- Ride Availability
- Hot Air Balloon rides are subject to weather conditions, availability, and scheduling. The mall management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the rides if necessary.
- General Conditions
- Each shopper is eligible for one (1) redemption per tier per day, regardless of the total amount spent.
- Combined receipts across different tiers (e.g., RM100 from Tier 1 outlets and RM150 from Tier 2 outlets) are not permitted.
- Exclusions
- Purchases made using gift vouchers or store credit are not eligible for redemption.
- Staff and tenants of Elmina Lakeside Mall are not eligible to participate.
- Non-Transferable
- The redemption is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
- Verification
- Shoppers must present their identification (e.g., IC or passport) for verification during redemption. The mall reserves the right to withhold redemption for unverified purchases.
- Mall’s Rights
- Elmina Lakeside Mall management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the mall management.
- Consent
- By participating, shoppers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Shoppers may also consent to photography or videography for marketing purposes during the event or ride.

- Limited slots are available, and redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
