What is the Sime Darby Property App?

This app is your digital companion for managing your property, getting the latest updates and event invitations from Sime Darby Property, and more.

What about the old PRIME app?

“PRIME by Sime Darby Property” app has been discontinued. The same features can be found in the new Sime Darby Property App.

System Requirements

Any mobile device with iOS 12.4 or later (iPhone) and Android 5.0 or later.

Download, Install, Setup & Update

Downloading & Installing the App

Register Your New Account

After installation, open the app and follow these steps to create your new account and sign in. If you are an existing customer, please use the email address which you have registered with Sime Darby Property.
  1. Open the app and tap the “Sign Up” button.
  2. Fill up your details and click “Next”
  3. An email with the One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to you.
  4. Use this OTP to proceed with registration.
  5. If you are a PRIME Member, please verify your PRIME Membership details here.
  6. An email with the OTP will be sent to you.
  7. Use this OTP to complete your registration.
  8. Sign up is complete! You may login to the new app now.

Updating the App

This app will be receiving regular updates, with feature improvements and patches. You will receive a notification in the app if a new update is available. Please ensure that your app is always updated.

Manage Your Account

How do I update my details in the app?

  1. Open the app and tap on your profile photo.
  2. In your profile page, tap on the ‘Edit Profile’.
  3. Make the necessary updates and tap “Save Changes” when you are done.

How do I change my password?

  1. Open the app and tap on your profile photo.
  2. In your profile page, tap on the ‘Change Password’.
  3. Fill in your current and new passwords, and tap “Save Changes” when you are done.
  4. An email with a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to you for verification.
  5. Enter the OTP to tap ‘Verify’ to complete the password change.

PRIME Dashboard

What is PRIME Membership, and why does it matter?

Purchasers of a property from Sime Darby Property are automatically PRIME Members.

PRIME Members get exclusive access to a variety of exclusive offers, events, rewards, property previews and more.

Why should I activate my PRIME Dashboard?

As an owner of our property, this app becomes your personal gateway to a complete ownership experience, where you can:
  • Keep track of your progress billing & construction progress
  • Have your property’s e-documents easily accessible
  • Prepare for Vacant Possession
  • Conveniently submit your Defect Reports & monitor rectification progress
  • Nominate household members to manage your property

How do I activate my PRIME Dashboard?

When you first register your new account in the app, there will be an option for you to verify your PRIME Membership. If you previously skipped that step, please follow these steps:
  1. Open the app and tap on your profile photo.
  2. In your profile page, tap on the ‘Activate’ button.
  3. Please verify your PRIME Membership details here.
  4. An email with the OTP will be sent to you.
  5. Use this OTP to complete your verification.
  6. You will need to Logout and Login again.
  7. PRIME verification is complete!
If you have booked a property but have yet to sign your Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), please try again once your SPA has been stamped. For further as sistance, you can reach out to us via the app at General Enquiry.

Manage Your Property

How do I access the menu for managing my property?

When you first register your new account in the app, there will be an option for you to verify your PRIME Membership. If you previously skipped that step, please follow these steps:
  1. From the main menu, tap on “PRIME Dashboard” on the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Your property will be displayed in the PRIME Dashboard menu.
  3. If you have more than one property, click “Select Property” to change the viewed property.

How do I view my property’s Progress Billing?

You may only access this feature after your Sale & Purchase Agreement has been stamped.
  1. From the main menu, tap on “PRIME Dashboard” on the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. If you have more than one property, click “Select Property” to change the viewed property.
  3. Tap on “Progress Billing”.
Here, you can view your progress billings that have been processed, as well as upcoming progress billings.

How do I view Construction Progress?

You may only access this feature if you have a property currently under construction.
  1. From the main menu, tap on “PRIME Dashboard” on the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. If you have more than one property, click “Select Property” to change the viewed property.
  3. Tap on “Manage My Property”.
  4. Tap on “Construction Progress”.
Here, you will see your property’s construction progress and latest site photos.

Can I add my family members or tenants to my property?

Yes! You can choose to add the following type of members to each property:
  • Family – share everything about your property with your loved ones, including features to manage your property.
  • Plus – tenant(s) who will have limited access to your property details, but able to access property management functions*
Please follow these steps:
  1. From the main menu, tap on “PRIME Dashboard” on the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. If you have more than one property, click “Select Property” to change the viewed property.
  3. Tap on “Manage My Property”.
  4. Tap on “Manage Property Members”.
  5. Enter the email address of the person you wish to add and tap “Send Invite”.
  6. They will be sent an invitation email to download the app, register a new account and view your property.
You will be notified when they have accepted your invitation.
If they decline the invitation, you will receive an email notification.
If the invitation is not accepted within 72 hours, the invitation link will expire.

Preparing for Key Handover

How do I set an appointment to collect the keys to my new home?

You may only select your key handover appointment once you have cleared all your outstanding payments as per your Vacant Possession (VP) Letter and have obtained a Clearance Letter (CL) from our Credit Department.
  1. From the main menu, tap on “PRIME Dashboard” on the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. If you have more than one property, click “Select Property” to change the viewed property.
  3. Tap on “Manage My Property”.
  4. Tap on “Key Handover Appointment”
  5. Select your preferred date, based on the available slots.
  6. Our Township & Community Services (TCS) team will confirm your appointment.
  7. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification via the mobile app.

Defects Management

How do I submit or view my defect reports?

You may only start submitting defect reports once you have collected your keys from our Township & Community Services (TCS) team.
  1. From the main menu, tap on “PRIME Dashboard” on the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. If you have more than one property, click “Select Property” to change the viewed property.
  3. Tap on “Manage My Property”.
  4. Tap on “Defects Submission”
  5. Choose “Submit Defects” if you would like to make a new defect report submission. Please follow the on-screen instructions for each defect report.
  6. Choose “View Reported Defects List” if you would like to view progress on defect rectification works.

Sale Referral

Can I refer a potential property sale through the app?

Yes, you can refer a family or friend who is interested to purchase a property from Sime Darby Property.
  1. From the main menu, tap on “Referral Programme” on the bottom of your screen.
  2. Please fill in the required details and tap “Submit”.
  3. If you are not sure how to fill in this referral form, please view the FAQ or ‘How to video’, with the links at the bottom the form.

Event RSVP

What can I do in the Events section?

From time to time, Sime Darby Property hosts a variety of events, including festivities, family activities, sports, art exhibitions, local bazaars, preview property launch events and more.

Find out about our latest events, and book your spot early through the app.
  1. From the main menu, tap on “Events” on the bottom of your screen.
  2. Browse the latest events in the ‘Upcoming Events’ tab.
  3. To book your spot, select an event and tap on ‘RSVP Now’.
  4. The event will be saved in the ‘RSVP’ tab, for your reference.

How do I request support?

You may request customer service through the app.
  1. From the main menu, tap on “General Enquiry” at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap on ‘Submit New Enquiry’.
  3. Enter your comments and tap ‘Submit’.
